As an NRA Instructor and a classically trained martial artist with over 40 years of experience in various disciplines, Tony has meticulously studied and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each art form, culminating in the development of an efficient and practical system known as T3 Urban Defense.
Our main mission revolves around preparing individuals for real-world situations where personal safety, as well as the safety of others, is at stake. The training programs offered focus on enhancing situational awareness, mastering armed and unarmed combat tactics, honing grappling skills, and utilizing improvised weaponry effectively.

As a proud Marine veteran, Rick Noda has always been a passionate and motivated individual and as such, has had a passion for passing along that motivation in order to inspire others to be the best versions of themselves – especially when it comes to their fitness goals. As result, he developed the T3 Body Training program, which is a science-based approach that utilizes USAT and TRX training, cardiovascular system improvement, stretching and muscle strengthening, and nutritional guidance.
This fitness program compliments T3 URBAN DEFENSE by teaching students fitness techniques that they can use everyday, regardless of their location and whether or not they have access to a gym.
